Born in Lithuania, I moved to the UK at the age of 19, embarking on a journey filled with challenges and triumphs. At 14, I was diagnosed with Anorexia, which later developed into Bulimia and ADHD. Life was tough, but my unwavering belief in myself kept me going.
At 20, I discovered the transformative power of the gym. Training daily, I found strength I never knew I had. Determined to overcome my eating disorders, I self-referred to the NHS and was cleared within two months. This journey of self-discipline, meal planning, and fitness helped me leave behind six years of suffering.
Becoming a personal trainer wasn’t enough—I wanted to help others understand the life-changing benefits of healthy eating. I pursued a BSc in Nutrition and Exercise, followed by an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition. My passion lies in endurance sports, particularly running and cycling. In 2022, I cycled from London to Lithuania in 11 days, raising £1,000 for mental health. In 2024, I cycled to Scotland.
My journey has equipped me with the skills to help others not only with their fitness and nutrition goals but also with personal struggles, mindset, and overcoming daily challenges. I believe that determination, honesty, and self-belief are keys to achieving any goal, with consistency being the ultimate path to success.
Fitness has been a cornerstone of my life, especially over the past decade. Leaving a successful career in home security, I pursued my passion for fitness and became a qualified personal trainer.
Living a T-total lifestyle, I often hear, “Doesn’t it get boring?” My response is simple: seeing my clients lose weight, gain muscle, and build confidence brings me more joy than any weekend ever could.
I hold qualifications as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, in Exercise Referral, Flexibility Training, Rehabilitation Work, Youth Coaching (10-16 years old), Sports Specific Coaching, Weight Loss, and as a Mentor for addicts in recovery. I take pride in my role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a local swimming club, helping young athletes lay the foundation for their fitness journeys. Outside the fitness industry, I work as a drama teacher, sharing my passion for the arts.
Our driving force is the desire to help people. With backgrounds in the arts—Egle plays the piano and Dillon teaches drama—we believe that struggles can be overcome creatively. We infuse creativity into everything we do, making nutrition and exercise enjoyable and sustainable. We exist to help people achieve their goals and transform their lives.
